I have began planking the cat boat. Here the garboard is fastened down and the broadstrake is steamed onto the boat. Now we are waiting on the rivets to arrive. I think I need to get some more clamps.

- When I was three years old I remember getting into my dads tools while he was at work so I could remove the training wheels from my bike. With this first achievement I learned that with the right tools I would be able to accomplish anything. After many years of scattering my fathers tools around I now have my own tools and shop were I am busy designing and building furniture. My work has been influenced by my time as a mechanic, boat builder, cabinetmaker, and caretaker. I grew up in rural Kansas, but have made New England my home.
